Eyesee, I downloaded MalwareBytes, updated definitions, ran full system scan It found and removed 3 entries (one was in a restore point) I turned off and back on system retore to clear anything lurking that might have been overlooked Rebooted and scanned again. 2nd scan came up clean However no improvement to the problem.
