Sprint Hands Activation Failed
Swapping online is easy and our new and improved tool even tells you how to transfer contacts and content from one phone to another. What you'll need: • A valid My Sprint account with an account owner or account authorized profile.
Not registered for My Sprint?. • • If you are not an account owner and do not have permission to change settings on your account, the person who set up your account will need to make the phone swap for you.

I recently rooted my Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note II with a toolkit, and it seemingly deactivated my phone, so I couldn't make calls, send text messages or use 3G at all. Every time I would reboot my phone, It would try to do a 'Hands Free Activation' and fail. Since then I have unrooted my phone and restored it to stock, but it still seems deactivated. I can't make calls, send texts or use 3G, and I also still get the 'Hands Free Activation' and it still fails every time. Thanks in advance for the advice.
