I'mDave Have to rate this with 5 stars because it does exactly what they advertise, every time, without problems. Technically a 5 star app. BUT, i want to rate it as with 3 stars or less because i don't like it. I use it to get my run data out of my watch and into Garmin Connect, but for nothing else.

The problem is with the stats reporting. I couldn't care less about the “last 4 weeks”, the “last 7 days,” or any rolling averages. I want to know how this week compares to last week, the week before, etc. I want to know how last month/year compares to the previous month/year, the one before that. I want calendar data, not rolling averages.

And even more, maybe, to say that i ran an average of x miles/day over a particular time period simply because you took the total miles and divided by the total number of days in that period is absolutely worthless. Csr Bluetooth Device Driver Windows Xp. The only useable number is the total number of miles divided by the number of days you ran. Otherwise there is zero use for your statistic. 5 stars technically.

SabR I owned a running specific Garmin for years, but used an Apple Watch series 1 for all the day to day features. Once my Apple started to get a little dated, I began to look at an alternative that would give me the running biometrics (Apple really is lackluster in this area) while still offering many smart phone features.

Fenix 5s has got the bill, and is gorgeous to boot. But the new Garmin mobile experience is the solid foundation it needed.

With a bold new refresh to 'my day' page that allows you to view which data sets you want, how you want, I'm always able to glance at what I need. I love the new social features, the ability to view my friends on my new feed and comment on their workouts, and I've even purchased a Vivoactive 3 for my bestie so she can start tracking her swimming running and gym sessions, and join in on the Garmin community for some fun competitions.
