Been going through the fun of deploying my first Lync 2010 internal deployment for IM/av/conferencing. I have an single FE STD server, a single edge server and a reverse proxy deployed so far. Both of my servers are 2008 r2 x64 SP1. Internally everything is working as expected, externally IM/presense/meetings are working but app sharing, video and audio is not working. My meet simple url works and autoconfigure works internally and externally.

I've gone through a few configs of particular settings on my lyncedge server not really getting very far or seeing much useful with ocslogger.exe. I started over and changed my external URL and setup a DMZ subnet based on learning how to get things to setup properly but I'm having this strange problem where my AV Edge service isn't starting, which I wasn't having a problem with before. The last thing I tried was removing it from the topology, running the installer to have it uninstall the edge roles etc, and then going to remove programs and removing all of the lync components and rebooting. Recreating the edge pool and reinstalling the management store replica and services and all of that looks like it runs properly but the AV Edge service still does the starting then stopping issue.
